Welcome to the North Potomac Citizens Association.

Since 1988, North Potomac Citizens Association (NPCA) has been proudly serving as the eyes, ears, and voice of the North Potomac, MD constituency. Thanks to the support of neighbors like you, we have endeavored to keep everyone informed of the latest issues affecting our community.
Our all volunteer board members work to organize regular Town Hall Meetings at local schools – featuring speakers representing diverse local issues such as; Politics, Schools, Government Services, Recreation, Road Projects, and much more. These meetings are open to all regardless of membership status.
We are very pleased that you have taken the time to visit our website, and truly hope that you will find it to be a beneficial neighborhood resource.

At our May 11 annual meeting Lt. Irvin Smith of the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service spoke with us about the relatively new Maryland smoke alarm law and other household safety tips.
